*** SUPER SECRET DUB CLUB ***

A very warm welcome to the Super Secret Dub Club.

This place is not for civilians! This is for the DJ soldiers that need the DUBS!!

You have been chosen to be a member of a very exclusive dub plate community.

Most likely you have asked TC about an unreleased dub and he has sent you here.

It is a great privilege to be a part of this club not many people are included.

Here are some rules which if violated will result in the whole dub club being removed.

Over the course of the last few years I have been spending quite alot of my time gathering all the equipment and learning the techniques that are now almost all but lost in the world of making DnB using hardware gear to make new music that sounds like old music.

I have a big passion for the sound of classic DnB made in the times before I was even a producer. Many of my biggest tunes were made all in the box using software from 2002 onward but I grew up listening to music made on EMU Samplers.

This Dub Pack represents a good chunk of the tunes I have not already put on the secret dub club. They were the ones I was thinking might end up on my up coming New Thousands album but I feel they sound like they really belong here.

It really is a very time consuming task to make this music on hardware. It is not the same as making music on the new software and each step in the process takes many more hours.

You will get both Wav and Mp3 versions of the tracks.

I dont say it enough but I really do appreciate all the support I get here from you lot on the Dub Club, I have a family and for me to take so much time to make this music means I have to make it financially viable and you make that happen for me. You are literally funding my ability to make the music that needs to continue to be made in the old way and with the old sensibilities.

*** SUPER SECRET DUB CLUB ***

There is more I wanna say about the dub club.

The reason I am doing this is to firstly support my family and be able to make more music like this.

I know there are still amazing tunes being made by loads of producers but they still have to be 3 mins long or shorter to fit into some kind of algorithm for Spotify playlists. I want an outlet that does not depend on popularity, charts, Algorithms or the social media numbers game.

I am making all of this music the way it used to be made on old hardware and old software.

It takes a long time to make each tune let alone all the time I spend finding samples and prepping sounds.

I am trying to put all the love and care I can into every step of the process of making the music here. From the authentic equipment being used to the sound selection through to the mastering and even recording the master files into old gear for a vintage flavour.

I feel that not all people will hear what I am trying to do here but I know there are loads of you that do and want new tunes that sound like old tunes if for nothing else than to feel the excitement that I feel only the old gear can make.

Even if you decided not to buy one of the dubs here I appreciate you taking the time to stop by and take a look.

Big Love and Bigup The Scene,

TC
